U-Channel Posts
ENGINEERED FOR STRENGTH
Engineered with a patented, ribbed back design. The added strength to crucial load bearing points enables these to handle more signage than any other u-channel post.
100% RECYCLED STEEL
Manufactured from the finest high-carbon new billet steel. Conforms to the mechanical requirements of ASTM A-499 and the chemical requirements of ASTM A-1.
Round Posts
Round posts are the top choice of many communities because of their aesthetic appearance and high safety factors. Round posts have no sharp angles for pedestrians to cut their hands on. Round posts also have the best shape possible for breakaway systems because the metal is equally dispersed in all directions. All posts have an Outside Diameter of 2 3/8".
Galvanized steel posts are manufactured with high tensile steel, finished with uniform coatings of zinc and clear acrylic to resist corrosion.
Aluminum posts are manufactued of 6063-T6 alloy and are designed as a seamless extruded piece. Call for pricing
V-lock Anchor System
V-Loc is the state of the art, re-usable breakaway anchor. It anchors posts for signs, mailboxes and other applications. The V-Loc socket can be installed in concrete, asphalt or dirt, safely by one man in a matter of minutes. Once the V-Loc is installed, insert your post/adapter and drive in the patented wedge, locking the post into the anchor without the need for any additional hardware.
The strong V-shaped steel fins hold the socket securely in the ground. V-Loc's patented design resists movement, both from wind vibration and in the event of a knockdown. If a knockdown occurs, the socket is re-useable, requiring only the replacement of the locking wedge. You save re-installation time and money on every knockdown.
